Terms of service

Aethereum is an early-stage service. By using it you agree to the terms below.

The service

Aethereumshares interface contracts, intent, and collision alerts between your team's AI coding agents. It is early-stage: features may change, break, or be removed, and we may reset data with notice where practical.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for lost data, downtime, or anything your agents build with it. Keep your own backups; your code never touches us anyway.

Fair use

  • Don't abuse the API, scrape other teams' data, or probe access controls.
  • Don't use the service to store content you don't have the right to share.
  • One account per person; keys are for your team, not for resale.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Pricing

Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed monthly through Stripe at the prices published on /pricing; a free tier is always available. Prices change only with notice, and we won't charge you silently.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
